Admission Requirements

For Grade 1:

1. A pupil must be 6 years old by August 31.

2. Bring original Form 138 and PSA/NSO authenticated birth certificate.

3. Present the ECCD assessement checklist.

4. Fill up the enrollment form.

5. Pay PHP 500.00 reservation fee or PHP 1, 500.00 entrance fee.

For Grades 2-6 (Non-transferee):

1. Bring original Form 138.

2. Fill up the enrollment form.

3. Pay PHP 500.00 reservation fee or PHP 1, 500.00 entrance fee.

For Grades 2-6 (Transferee):

1. Bring original Form 138 and PSA/NSO authenticated birth certificate.

2. Present a good moral character certification from the school you are from.

3. Fill up the enrollment form.

4. Pay PHP 500.00 reservation fee or PHP 1, 500.00 entrance fee.
